Welcome to Deliberate Wellness. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and facilities, including but not limited to contrast therapy, red light therapy, whole-body cryotherapy, IV therapy, vitamin injections, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and all other wellness offerings provided at our Vineyard, Utah location or offsite events.
By using this website or booking services through Deliberate Wellness, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but do not guarantee that the content is always current or error-free.
You agree not to misuse our website or disrupt its operation. Unauthorized use may result in denial of access and potential legal action.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES
You must be in suitable health to use our wellness services. Certain conditions may disqualify you from specific therapies for safety reasons. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating.
We reserve the right to refuse services if doing so would compromise the health, safety, or comfort of clients or staff.
3. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments
Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in person. We may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking for certain services.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Services included in your membership are valid for the current month only and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Refunds
We do not offer formal refunds on services, memberships, or gift cards. However, we aim to provide a great client experience and will work with you within reason to resolve concerns on a case-by-case basis.
4. MINORS
Clients must be at least 14 years old to receive services. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of their appointment, and a parent or guardian must sign a waiver on their behalf.
Some services may have additional age restrictions at the discretion of our staff for safety reasons.
5. HEALTH & SAFETY
All services are voluntary and performed at your own risk. By participating, you confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that would make use of our services unsafe.
Please follow all instructions provided by our staff and discontinue services immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.
6. MOBILE SERVICES & EVENTS
Deliberate Wellness offers select services—such as IV therapy, vitamin injections, localized cryotherapy, and more—at offsite events, retreats, or private locations.
By booking a mobile service, you agree to:
Provide a clean and safe environment for services
Ensure all required intake forms and waivers are signed prior to treatment
Be present and on time for your scheduled session
We reserve the right to decline services at an offsite location if conditions are not suitable or safe.
7. LIABILITY WAIVER
All clients are required to complete a liability waiver before receiving any services. This form outlines the risks associated with each treatment.
Deliberate Wellness is not liable for adverse reactions, injuries, or discomfort unless caused by negligence on our part.
8. PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws. Personal and health information shared with us is kept confidential and never sold or shared without consent.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including logos, text, designs, images, videos, and service names—is the intellectual property of Deliberate Wellness and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONS
Gift cards are redeemable only for services and products offered at Deliberate Wellness. They are non-refundable and carry no cash value.
Discounts, promos, and giveaways are subject to change and may not be combined unless otherwise noted.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may include links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or privacy policies of external websites.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted here with the updated effective date.
